The original barre method. Begin with exercises at the barre, followed by center work, then move across the floor. Improve posture, find balance, and increase strength and flexibility. A great way for former dancers to get back in shape and a perfect primer for the beginning adult dance student.

Come experience freedom of movement no matter your dance level or background. Choreography is rooted in contemporary, jazz and hip hop dance, and inspired by popular music from around the world. Begin with a cardio warm-up, followed by isolation work and a stretch. We’ll let the music lead us into simple choreography. Finish upper body toning with light weights, core work on our mats and a beautiful cool down and stretch. Dance shoes or sneakers are recommended.
SASS & STRUT
Live and dance with more confidence. Our sensual dance fitness-based class is designed for the "everyday woman" and focuses on how to infuse your own sexy style into choreography. Learn mesmerizing movement and how to add elements of eye contact, body direction and music interpretation. No experience necessary.
Created by Beth Guerette, this class blends modern, contemporary and lyrical styles of dance. Feel free to move fluidly and experiment in this unique format. Think of it as a moving meditation; cultivate the power of your breath and your body moving as one. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, though! You can expect amazing and entertaining music to accompany your journey in this class. Try it! Bare feet or dance shoes are recommended. Bring a towel and water.
OPEN LEVEL JAZZ
Who doesn't love a good jazz walk across the floor? Return to your roots and come "pas de bourree" in this choreography-based class.
Activate and engage muscles groups to create a powerhouse team that will keep you moving with strength, grace and an increased range of motion. More than crunches, functional core training will have you moving in a larger range of motion utilizing more muscles. Train your abs into that flat, functional powerhouse. Bare feet or dance shoes are recommended. Bring a towel and water.
Cardio Dance is an open-level, feel-good dance class for people of all ages, shapes and dance backgrounds. Class includes a cardio warm-up to heat the body, yoga-inspired stretch, free-spirited across-the-floor movement to get you moving through space, followed by a fun and inspiring dance combo. NO dance experience required. Move your body with joy and freedom.
CARDIO HIP HOP
Tired of the same old cardio dance class? Our Cardio Hip Hop class is for those looking for something more on the "dance class" choreography side of dance fitness. We learn a new hip hop/R&B combination every week. This build upon cardio class will have you dancing full choreography in no time. We take it slow but your heart rate will stay elevated as you snap, clap, bounce and drop it low. No hip hop experience required.
